What is a follow-up visit with a dog or cat, and when should you schedule one? How much does it cost?

This is a service that continues the treatment of the clinical condition that was treated during the previous visit to the veterinary facility. It includes an interview (about the improvement of the pet's condition), a clinical examination (checking temperature, pulse, number of breaths, auscultation of the chest and heart, palpation of peripheral lymph nodes and the abdominal cavity, as well as examination of the systems concerned with possible disorders), discussion of previously ordered results of additional tests, and medication administration.*

This service is available in Pethelp packages. Package prices start at 29 PLN/month

When should I take my cat or dog for a follow-up visit?

If your pet is ill, the attending veterinarian will inform you if a follow-up visit is required during your initial appointment. The veterinarian will also advise you on the best time to schedule this type of visit.

*The owner should always pay for medications in the clinic if they were administered during the visit; they are not covered by the PETHELP package.
